Create a list of different words with specific sounds. Practice saying them correctly. Ask your family member or friend to say the words correctly along with you. Practice Different Ways to Hold Your Mouth
If you struggle with pronouncing the “S” letter and sound, then you can try the “Butterfly Technique. In this technique, you should place the outside of your tongue on the sides. This position mimics the wings of a butterfly. Now, roll your tongue to form a groove to allow the air to flow over it. Afterwards, try to make the “S” sound.

Repeat a Different Letter to Make a Specific Sound
If you face difficulty with the “S” sound, then you can say the letter “T” again and again, according to Dr. Caroline Brown. Try to repeat saying the letter as fast as possible. As you do this step, you will be able to say “S” successfully.
